Picasso`s Pastries and Cafe in Syracuse

This is my favorite place to buy baked goods and pastries..Pie is absolutely out of this world. The people who run this operation are are wonderful.

I love Recess Coffee even though Recess doesn't flinch when asking top dollar for baked goods. Picasso has beautiful baked goods but charges more modestly for their pies and scones and muffins. I totally loved the blueberry pie the last visit. The staff has a joy of life I envy. Surprisingly, the place lacks oil painting by local artists.

Never disappoints. The almond and pistachio croissants, as well as the cheesecake, make my mouth water just thinking about them. Staff is super friendly. Looking forward to them building a terrace so that there is more outdoor seating.

Nice service and place to hang out! Love the coffee, the pies and the mini cheese cakes. It has good prices too...

My favorite place for pastries in the whole city! They have interesting and creative offerings and everything I've ever tried has been excellent. Amazing pies, croissants, doughnuts, etc and there's always something new to try. Great coffee too.

Coffee is good, my scone was too dry, not appealing to cutomers when restrooms door was left wide open

I've traveled far and wide and this is still one of my top 5 favorite bakeries I've ever been to. Gotta say though- their simple banana dark chocolate donuts are legit. Also their lemon donuts.. also everything. They are so down to earth and amazing and they have the best prices. I wish this place all great things for the future!!

I have been here quite a few times and the people that work here are always incredibly friendly. The pastries are so good that I drive here from Liverpool just to get some. When they first opened I was worried that a new smaller bakery in the Westcott area wouldn't manage to stay afloat. They have definitely put my mind at ease!Their flavors are consistent and delicious and I would recommend coming here ASAP! The only issue I have is that; they always seem to be out of Half Moon Cakes! My wife loves those! Great prices, great atmosphere, and good people are what really stand out to me. Keep up the amazing work guys!

I'm a little obsessed with this place. They serve Cafe Kubal coffee and always have something unique and awesome to try, like the delicious homemade, fruit-filled pop tarts :)

Amazing cakes . Turmeric and ginger tea i drank was not great.

Pastries were mostly good. The cakes were moist and flavorful, the nut roll was lacking sweetness and flavor, and the coffee mediocre. The biggest issue was easily cleanliness. There looked to be months of buildup in their restroom. The sinks were covered in mildew, the trash was over flowing on to the floor, the toilet looked like it may require a scraper to come clean, and the floors were so dirty the dirt seemed to be overflowing from the grout in the floor tiles. The tables and floors in the guest area were covered in crumbs and debris as well. There seemed to be a lot of chaos and inefficiency amoungst the employees as well.

Love this place. The people are great. The pastries are delicious. It's the exact house that my wife looked at years ago and said, I wish I could open a bakery there. This is the shop she imagined. We go here often. I recommend skipping their coffee and instead going across the street to Recess for a cup of theirs. The combination is perfect!

Croissants, pies, pastries are all so delicious! Cafe Kubal coffee is excellent! The people who create the pastries and work at Picasso's are delightful and generous. A new favorite place to hang out with a cup of coffee and a treat!

Regular coffee shop. Nothing special except for some artwork decorated on the wall.

Coffee was good but not nearly hot enough and desserts were pretty bad. Dried out, stale and mostly tasteless.

Absolutely amazing baked goods here, and the environment is very welcoming and friendly. I don't live in Syracuse but, whenenever I come to visit, I make sure to stop by here once or twice during my stay.

Ordered pies for Christmas. They were fresh and very tasty!

I'm so happy to have this bakery in my neighborhood! Their selection is amazing-everything from various pies and cakes to breads and pastries, including savory. There are whimsical seasonal selections as well as national specialties (like Hungarian nut bread and poppy seed rolls) to round out traditional offerings like croissants and pain au chocolat. Great coffee too. Best of all, the prices are so reasonable.

First time at Picasso's and will definitely return! Had a "pour over" dark roast coffee and lemon-basil cookie...both were delicious. Colorful interior with interesting variety of art work, lots of light and very warm, welcoming atmosphere. Glad I happened on this gem!

This is my new "it" spot. Comfy couches and intoxicating aromas.

Pretty solid place. For me, about half of the stuff is "meh" but the other half is exceptional.

Best bakery I've been to.

Had a great outing,lovely looking donuts n a vast variety of coffee to choose from,peaceful environment n wonderful service.

Delicious pies (tried the caramel apple pie and the Boston cream - both most delectable) in a friendly neighborhood cafe. I was getting pie to go but had other errands to run and they graciously allowed me to leave my purchases in the pastry window until I returned 2 hours later. So thoughtful!

I have never seen cleaner dishes in any restaurant, bakery, cafe, establishment of any sort in truth. The food was hard to focus on with the quality of cleanliness. I caught a glimpse of the man responsible a honest blue collar man if ever I've seen one.

Most pastries and Expresso drinks are pretty decent. Noticed prices have increased over the years. Not a bad spot.

A friendly neighborhood bakery with a variety of baked goodies and great coffee.

This bakery is run by a husband and wife, and the bakery products are DELICIOUS! It helps that they serve Cafe Kubal coffee and tea. There are a few places to sit down with friends and eat what you've bought, and when the weather gets nicer they have tables out front that you can sit.

The donuts were yummy and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxing.
